Interest in another house
We looked at 5 more houses yesterday. One of them we really like. I am going to work hard at not getting attached or getting my hopes up... but it is already bigtime on my mind. We look at a few more tonight & maybe more this weekend, but offers for this one are Sunday... I think we might put one in. They are asking $174,900.00. I am wanting to offer $202,000.00... but Hank & I haven't made a final decision yet. If you want to take a peek, this is the link:
