Monday From Hell
Lately I am just hating my job. it is too fricken busy for any of us to handle. Ther is constantly 10 or 20 or more calls on hold at a time so we don't even get a second in between. They are adding new information for us to learn like everyday & it is far too much to retain all at once when you don't even have time to catch up on the material. Customers arecranky because we have them on hold & then we are cranky with them because they are, and because we are over worked & so fed up! All of us are bitching... but what can we do?!? I wanted to pick up a bunch of extra hours - I had a n extra shift last Saturrday but by the end of Friday I was so rattled I gave it away because I couldn't handle anoither day of this shit & needed a rest. Now I was thinking of picking up this Saturday, but not if the rest of this week is anything like THIS day from HELL!
UGGGGGH!!!!!!!
Anyway, that's all I have time for.
Just thought I'd add this though - mostly for
Weathergeek, but for anyone else that thinks this is funny/weird way to use an apostrophe:
I won a monkey in the claw machine today that is holding a heart that says, "BANANA'S OVER YOU"
WTF DOES THAT MEAN?!?!? :P
