FYI: there was the condition on the sale of the house that they had to be approved for the mortgage... I wasn't too worried since they had a $28,000.00 down payment & a couple other rental homes... but ya never know what can happen...
So HW just got the call from the realtor... SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!

Oh, I wanted to add another thing that bothers me & makes me think this world is fucked.
Have you heard about the newest season of Survivor? They are having it split up in to four race groups, I think it was Asians, Hispanics, Blacks & Whites, all competing as teams against each other... WTF?!? Now tell me what good could come out of that??? I think it is just wrong! What kind of message are they trying to send here?!?
It really irks me that this is even allowed.
