Good News!
Our agent just called - we have 5 showings tomorrow morning! On the FIRST day of showings!
WOOOHOO!
Or as Lippylas would say... WHOOOOT!
Cross your fingers for us... it would be so sweeeeeet if we got at least what we're asking as an offer on Tuesday so we're DONE with this and don't have to deal with it for longer....
But I am happy at the moment.
So, off to clear out the basement - the final thing before the showing. Fun...
